It is time to nominate outstanding educators for Health and Physical Education Honor and Recognition Awards. This year, the timeline has changed and we are looking for nominees before the end of school this year. This will help with the overall process when it comes to recognize health and physical educators that are making a difference in Arizona.
Eligibility Requirements
Educators who meet the eligibility requirements and exemplify the criteria for these awards may apply or be nominated by a colleague. A “teacher” is an individual whose primary teaching responsibility is in Health, Physical Education or Administration.
