Disordered eating and unhealthy weight control behaviors have dangerous effects on teens’ health and are also known risk factors for the development of certain eating disorders. The Emerging Nutrition Initiatives Team at the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is working on disordered eating prevention initiatives, which includes hosting free virtual training for school and public health professionals that will kickoff in Spring 2024.

Please take 5 minutes to complete this short survey to help ADHS ensure the training is valuable and well-attended. The information you share will be used to inform training offerings, including speaker and topic selection. We appreciate your time and your important role with Arizona’s teens. Thank you!
