At Active Schools, our mission is to help schools provide kids with equitable access to physical activity throughout the day. But what happens when schools are closed and kids are learning at home? These are unprecedented times, and in this new era of “social distancing” many of our collective impact partners are stepping up to make their resources available to help parents and caretakers in an e-learning environment at home. Here are many free online movement resources for your family to stay physically active and mentally healthy – and have fun together. We hope they prove useful in filling your days at home with movement and even some fun.
